Traveling by Car - 3 Considerations When Traveling by Car

When traveling by car, there are many considerations that you want to look beyond, and expects to achieve, before you start driving. Today we speak of only 3 of what I consider the important tips for comfort, safety and ease of mind:

1) Always carry major highways or Interstate When Possible
There's 2 reasons I say this. One, if you have a blowout or some sort of accident you can get, help more quickly and are more accessible to emergency vehicles. Two, there is no wildlife. I say this because I made the mistake of taking a road journey home and me almost hit 15 deer. In fact, I stopped counting at 15.

2) Always make sure that the fuel tank exceeds a Quarter-Tank
Sometimes when you travel by car, especially if it is a regular route is taken, we tend to fantasize so please make sure that the reservoir of gas is the fuel necessary. If you are in an isolated area where I would stay above half a tank. Once, I was driving through the Mohave desert and there was only one gas station in the middle of the path of the desert. Let's just say that I made there, the smoke and I'd be walking in the desert ... Without water. Not a good thing at all.

3) Packing A first aid kit
You never know when the weather can go south when an accident can occur. Also, do not forget to prepare the elements that prevent things. For example, you need water for the road to ensure you do not get dehydrated while traveling by car.

What you have suggested were true. These are travellers should remember especially when they used their own car. Luckily for me, I don't have car yet and we always travel riding a bus. By the way, great experienced! poor deers and the desert thing were funny! Pardon me for laughing, I'm sorry but I find your post interesting. It's a serious one with humorous side.

Very true points. May i say you must always have a phone to get in contact if you were in trouble, and a map or sat nav is essential if you were to get lost.

Good info. I liked your point about making sure there is more than a quarter of a tank of petrol in the car, I wonder how many people leave home not considering how long before they can fill up?
