I've just returned from a vacation with our two kids aged 4 and 1. Yes, we had a stroller but the 4 year old one also asked for it to share with his sister. Otherwise I had to carry him which was really very overwhelming. But his lovely snacks saved our lives. He forgot the stroller and jumped to them while we were walking and site-seeing. Snacks must be always in your case. Thanks for your other tips also.
